Supply Chain Manager (f/m/d)

Starting date: As soon as possible

Yearly Salary: €60,000 - €65,000 (fixed range, annual gross)

Stock Options: €10,000 - €30,000

Benefits: Up to €5,000 annually

Work model: Full-time, Hybrid (Munich, Germany)

Travel: Approximately 30% business travel required

Your Role

As a Supply Chain Manager, you'll be a core part of our Procurement & Supply Chain team, driving the flow of materials, components, and products across our international markets. You'll work hands-on across sourcing, logistics, and delivery to keep our European and international installations running smoothly and support the people who depend on them, internally and externally.

Your Day-to-Day

• Own and manage the end-to-end supply chain for goods and services across our international markets, including supplier onboarding, equipment ordering, delivery management, warehousing, goods inspection, and service provider commissioning.

• Coordinate logistics including last-mile transportation, import and export procedures, customs and tariffs, and all related documentation to ensure compliance and avoid delays. Be ready to get hands-on at customer sites when needed.

• Assess supply chain inefficiencies, implement corrective measures, and drive continuous process improvements that support our scaling.

• Support procurement across make-or-buy decisions, contract creation and management, vendor management for hardware, software and services, and R&D component change requests via Jira.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Ops, BD, Customer Support, and R&D to keep operations running and improve how we work together.

• Consolidate data from multiple sources, build clean reporting structures, and automate where possible. We're scaling this function and need someone who can grow with it.

Your Experience and Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations.

• You're hands-on, self-sufficient, and know how to solve problems without waiting to be told. You adapt quickly in fast-moving environments and don't need things to be perfectly defined to get started.

• Experienced in supplier management and negotiations.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to spot inefficiencies and actually fix them.

• You have hands-on experience with inventory management, logistics fulfillment, and project management. Familiarity with the tools that support these is expected.

• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken). Spanish or French is a plus.

• A valid EU Class B driver's licence is a plus. The role requires regular business travel, estimated at around 30% of the time.
