Senior Technical Operational Excellence Manager (f/m/d)

  • Start date: As soon as possible

  • Yearly Salary: €70,000 - €75,000 (fixed range, annual gross)

  • Equity: €20,000 - €40,000 in company shares

  • Benefits: up to €5,000 annually

Your role

As our Senior Technical Operational Excellence Manager, you will be the architect of our technical processes and system reliability and be a key driver for the scalability of our operations. You will build and continuously improve the framework that ensures every system we deploy is installed efficiently and operates without interruptions. In our high-stakes environment, the impact of a single failure is very high. You will create robust processes and quality gates that eliminate variability, mitigate risk, and build a foundation of operational resilience that allows us to scale.

Your day-to-day

Your responsibilities include:

  • Own the full technical installation lifecycle from site readiness through handover, establishing robust quality gates at each stage.

  • Analyze system performance data to identify root causes of failures, then drive improvements in both process and product reliability.

  • Build a feedback loop that translates field performance into prioritized, actionable improvements for the product team.

  • Proactively identify operational risks through field data analysis and execute continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Standardize critical processes (warranty claims, system upgrades) to ensure they're efficient, documented, and scalable.

  • Partner with Field Operations, Product Development, and BI teams to define and track KPIs for installation quality and system uptime.
