Senior Product Manager - Industrial MRI  (f/m/d)

Starting date: as soon as possible 
Compensation package: €70,000 - €75,000 in yearly salary, €20,000 - €40,000 in equity. Additionally, up to €5,000 p.a. in company benefits
Work model: Hybrid in Munich, Germany


Your Role

As a Product Manager you translate customer & business needs into product requirements. You play a pivotal role in defining the future of MRI working with leading experts to think beyond what is possible today.


How can we simplify MRI and ubiquitize this sensor for everything and everyone?
You lead product definition and delivery of the next generation of MRI with a focus on electrical and electronic components of our AI-powered imaging product line. You work closely with development leads in systems engineering, imaging, and software along with other product managers and technical program managers. You exhibit high customer empathy, business sense, crisp communication, and leadership via influence.


Your day-to-day

On a typical day you will:

  • Engage with customers and business stakeholders to uncover product opportunities and address key challenges.
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on the product roadmap and ensure a shared vision.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of product components that meet defined specifications and quality standards.

  • Craft well-defined product requirements supported by clear, concise documentation.

  • Effectively present ideas and proposals to stakeholders, gather constructive feedback, and distill it into actionable insights for development teams.

  • Develop and maintain clear, inspiring product roadmaps that energize both customers and development teams, ensuring alignment with the overall vision

Leadership by influence
  • You align with stakeholders and achieve buy-in on tactical plans to execute on product requirements

    n the priorities of the development team and suppliers with the priorities of the company

  • You facilitate speedy, well-thought-through decision-making by communicating needs clearly, digesting feedback, and synthesizing information

What makes you stand out from other candidates


Technological expertise

  • You have experience building products that leverage biotechnology and/or medical imaging specifically MRI

  • You have hands-on experience engineering and building complex technical electrical and/or electronic components

Customer-domain expertise

  • Proven experience collaborating with customers in industries such as agriculture, food production, materials, and/or healthcare.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering products for factory settings, with a focus on practical implementation and efficiency.

  • Experience launching products in international markets, including navigating diverse regulatory, cultural, and operational requirements
