IT Operations Coordinator (f/m/d)

Starting date: ASAP
Our compensation package: €50,000 - €55,000 in yearly salary and up to €5,000 in equity. Additionally, up to €5,000 p.a. in company benefits
Work model: Onsite, Munich in Germany 


Your role

The main objective of this role is to support the technical changes and projects by coordinating with service provider's, IT team, and resolving small operational tasks while also performing general IT-related office duties and administrative work. The collaboration mode involves working closely with the rest of the team to ensure the successful implementation of new projects and managing multiple projects efficiently on a day-to-day basis.


Your day-to-day

Provide Day-to-Day Technical Support: You will be a key contact for resolving everyday technical issues, helping to keep everything running smoothly. You will assist users by addressing their problems and ensuring systems function effectively.

Resource Coordination: You will assist in organizing and aligning resources to support business needs and operations. Your efforts will help maintain a seamless flow of operations, contributing to overall efficiency.

Project Management Support: You will participate in technology projects and help manage their progress from start to finish. Your role will involve supporting the team in executing projects successfully.

General IT Administration: You will contribute to maintaining the reliability of our IT infrastructure by helping manage network settings, user accounts, and system updates to ensure smooth operation.

Experiences and skills

Communication 

You are fluent in English and German, enabling you to communicate clearly and concisely. Your patient, empathetic approach and positive attitude allow you to engage effectively with and support others.

Technical Acumen

You demonstrate a basic understanding of computer systems and networks. Familiarity with Windows and macOS and basic troubleshooting skills are essential. What makes you stand out from other candidates

  • Previous experience as a working student or intern, preferably in a startup environment

  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace

  • Experience in the Apple Genius Bar or any other customer-facing role

  • You enjoy coming up with innovative solutions to IT-related problems
